where do you ship?

I currently ship all my items within my home country of Canada, to the United States, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

is a tracking number available for my package?

For standard shipping, no tracking number is created. However for an additional fee, Canada Post can issue a tracking number on Expedited parcels sent via Etsy. You will receive shipping updates from Etsy as well.

how long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time: Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Please note that once shipped, I am no longer in control of your package. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged due to the postal service.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you wish to purchase insurance, please let me know prior to purchase so it can be added to your order.

Please ensure your mailing address is complete and accurate. Failure of delivery due to wrong, invalid or incomplete addresses is your responsibility and you will be charged with shipping costs for re-sending your order if it is returned to me and will not be refunded if it is not returned.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country.

Charming Minis has access to limited personal data for core business purposes.
 
When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any questions you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.
 
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
 
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfill your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
 
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years for tax purposes. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
 
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.
