where do you ship?
I currently ship all my items within my home country of Canada, to the United States, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
is a tracking number available for my package?
For standard shipping, no tracking number is created. However for an additional fee, Canada Post can issue a tracking number on Expedited parcels sent via Etsy. You will receive shipping updates from Etsy as well.

how long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time: Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Please note that once shipped, I am no longer in control of your package. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged due to the postal service.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you wish to purchase insurance, please let me know prior to purchase so it can be added to your order.
Please ensure your mailing address is complete and accurate. Failure of delivery due to wrong, invalid or incomplete addresses is your responsibility and you will be charged with shipping costs for re-sending your order if it is returned to me and will not be refunded if it is not returned.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country.
