Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please note that once shipped, I am no longer in control of your package. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged due to the postal service. If you wish to purchase insurance, please let me know prior to purchase so it can be added to your order. Please ensure your mailing address is complete and accurate. Failure of delivery due to wrong, invalid or incomplete addresses is your responsibility and you will be charged with shipping costs for resending your order if it is returned to me and will not be refunded if it is not returned. International customers are responsible for all customs fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country.

Yes it is! Please be aware that I have two cats, so know up front my products come from a pet-friendly home.
All of my items are shipped in fiber-filled small boxes. If you order more than one item, they will be sent together in the same box if they fit comfortably. Inside the box, each charm is wrapped individually in bubble wrap for extra protection. Please note that these items are not toys and not suitable for children as they are a choking hazard. Even though my charms have been coated using Varathane for durability, please avoid water contact and undue stress; the jewelry findings are attached using E6000 glue and have been tested for normal usage while knitting.
